Extera Vita

Extera Vita designs and builds outdoor living spaces, from backyards and pool decks to rooftops and waterfront properties. Its work includes bioclimatic pergolas that can be tailored to terraces, gardens and rooftops, along with outdoor kitchens and luxury wooden decks. The company also offers outdoor furniture, custom curtains, cushions, and lighting to finish a space.

Projects begin with an on-site meeting to learn how the space will be used, followed by 3D modeling so clients can see the design before work starts. The team also prepares permit documents and handles approvals before construction begins. A free consultation is offered to people who want to talk through a project, and the company works with both residential and commercial clients.
