SJB Construction Inc

SJB Construction Inc is a San Diego remodeling and construction company known for design-build second story additions and room additions, along with kitchen and bathroom remodeling and granite countertops. The company has been building in San Diego since it was started in 1983 by owner Steve Bollerman, and it reports more than 500 room addition and design-build projects in the area.

The design-build process begins with an on-site walk-through to understand the existing structure and future needs, and 3D renderings or in-house architectural drawings can show the finished project before construction. Free estimates are offered, and the company says it will let homeowners pay county fees directly. The office is at 9739 Deer Hollow Ct in San Diego, and the business works mostly on residential projects.
