The Floor Store

The Floor Store sells carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, tile, natural stone and area rugs, with a focus on helping homeowners choose and install the right flooring. Its services also include hardwood sanding and refinishing, recoating and deep cleaning. Customers can look at products in a showroom or have a design consultant bring samples to the house.

The process starts with a showroom visit, followed by an in-home measurement and estimate, a review of selections and pricing, a scheduled installation and a follow-up after the job. Flexible payment plans are available. The Santa Rosa showroom is one of 11 locations across the Bay Area and Northern California. The company has been family-owned since 1986 and is Diamond Certified.
