Validation

Validation Ale is a craft brewery and tap room with a distillery side, known for its rotating tap list of house beers and a challenger beer that patrons can vote into the Validated spot. The kitchen serves a menu of classic favorites, and events include live music, comedy, pub trivia and live sports with an eight-foot video wall and five LED TVs.

The Funk Zone headquarters on East Yanonali Street has a large outdoor space for games and mingling. The newer Annex on De La Vina Street in uptown adds NY-style pizza and indoor golf simulators. Both are family-owned and run by a local couple, and both take private and semi-private event bookings, with a VIP membership available for a yearly fee.
