Santa Barbara Roasting Co. roasts its own coffee in Santa Barbara, with more than 50 coffees to choose from, including blends like State Street and Santa Barbara Blend, single origins, flavored coffees and K-Cups. It also sells loose leaf and bagged black and green teas, along with mugs, apparel and brewing equipment.

The roaster has been in operation since 1989 and sits in the same room as the espresso bar at its Motor Way cafe, so visitors can see a batch roasted there. Drip coffee includes a free one-hour refill. Coffee can also be ordered online for shipping, with free shipping on orders of $49 or more, or set up as a subscription for 20% off. The company also supplies coffee to cafes, restaurants, hotels and offices.
