JEM Remodel & Construction

JEM Remodel & Construction is a residential remodeling and construction company led by founder Jeanine El Melki, who has more than a decade of experience in private building and remodeling. Its core work includes kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, design services, general contracting for whole-home remodels and custom construction, and broader home improvement projects such as basements, garages, roofing, siding, windows, doors and decks.

The company offers complimentary, no-obligation in-home estimates and handles design drafts, municipal standards and building codes as part of the process. Work is carried out by a licensed and insured team, and the owner stays involved from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. The showroom is in Santa Ana, open Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturdays, and the company serves communities across Orange County.
