Shingle Rescue

Shingle Rescue is an official dealer of Roof Maxx, a product that strengthens and restores existing asphalt shingles rather than replacing them. The company also offers roof cleaning to remove lichen, moss and other buildup that can wear down shingles, along with shingle repair and reconditioning. Shingle Rescue says it is not a full roofing company and does not sell new roofs.

The materials used in its treatments are described as eco-friendly and non-toxic. Work is covered by a 5-year warranty that is transferable to a new owner. The business is based on Old Mill Road in Sanford and serves Maine and New Hampshire. Financing is available for customers who prefer to pay over time, and the office is open Monday through Saturday.
