Kev and Sons Construction

Kev and Sons Construction is a home builder and remodeling company led by Kevin Couture, who started the business about 18 years ago. The crew builds new homes, log homes, modular homes and garages, and takes on additions, interior renovations, decks, porches and home repairs. Past projects listed on the site include a garage with an apartment, a composite deck and a log cabin.

New builds start with a meeting to talk through the plans, and the company can help with design, blueprints and building plans. For new construction, the company says it handles permits, land clearing and the foundation. The business is based in Sanford, Maine, and its past projects span several towns across southern Maine.
