McDonough Heating and Cooling

McDonough Heating & Cooling focuses only on ductless mini split heat pumps, installing and servicing cold-climate systems for homes in New Hampshire and southern Maine. Mitsubishi systems are a primary focus, and the owner describes the company as a Diamond Contractor for Mitsubishi. Typical jobs include adding a system to a home without ductwork, planning multi-zone setups, and repairing units that are struggling in cold weather.

The owner handles the work from estimate through final walkthrough, so customers deal with the same person from start to finish. Calls and texts go directly to the owner rather than a service portal. Service areas include Sanbornville, Wakefield, Wolfeboro, Rochester, Portsmouth, Conway, York and other towns in both states. The business is based in Sanbornville, New Hampshire.
