CRAFTED at the Port of Los Angeles

Paradise Preserves makes jams, jellies and marmalades in small batches, about 15 jars at a time, using fruits and vegetables in season. Produce comes from growers in Southern California, including farms and neighbors' backyards. The jars can be shipped within the continental United States or picked up at the flagship store inside CRAFTED at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro.

The maker also takes questions about products and recipes through a contact form and inquires about catering in southern Los Angeles County and northern Orange County. Preserves are best used within two years of purchase and keep three to five months in the refrigerator after opening.
