Palmer's Restaurant, Bar & Courtyard

Palmer's is a restaurant, bar and courtyard in historic west San Marcos serving Texas Hill Country cuisine with regional fusion influences from New Mexico to New Orleans. It is known for signature margaritas, its Mexican martinis and a wine and beer list that includes some of Texas' best, and it hosts birthdays, rehearsal dinners and weddings in its private rooms.

Dinner runs Monday through Saturday, with Sunday brunch and Friday lunch, and reservations can be made by phone. The building is a renovated 1920s structure with several fireplaces and a courtyard that is the only one in Hays County, filled with native Texas plants. Palmer's also rents a guest house next door, and gift cards are available by email or phone.
