Divided Sky Roofing and Exteriors

Divided Sky Roofing + Exteriors handles residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit and paint, plus permanent programmable LED roofline lighting. Storm damage and insurance claims work is a large part of the business, and the company coordinates directly with homeowners' insurance adjusters. Each job starts with a free 360° inspection documented with photos, followed by a written estimate.

The company is run by John and Allison Hardy, who founded it in San Marcos in 2017. Crews work across Central Texas, including San Marcos, Austin, New Braunfels, Kyle, Round Rock and Wimberley. Typical residential roof replacements take one to two days, and the company offers financing options and military discounts through GAF's Roofs for Troops program.
