Common Ground Day Spa

Common Ground Day Spa is a massage studio in New Braunfels run by two licensed massage therapists, Autumn Stevens and Sarah Villarreal. The menu centers on massage, from relaxation and deep tissue sessions to lymphatic drainage, which Autumn is certified in and which she uses with post-surgery clients. Pregnancy massage, couples sessions and a chakra balance are also offered. The CG's Comprehensive Massage, inspired by Ashiatsu and Thai techniques, is the most involved option on the menu.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted, so call or text to book. Cancellations need at least two hours' notice to avoid a fee, and no-shows are charged in full. Sarah also makes home visits by referral for clients in delicate stages of life. Sessions range from about 30 minutes for lymphatic drainage to 90 minutes or more for the comprehensive massage. The spa keeps weekday evening hours and Saturday daytime hours, and it is closed on Sundays.
