North County Deck & Patio

North County Deck & Patio builds ground-level and second-story decks in wood or composite, along with solid, lattice and pergola-style patio covers in wood or aluminum. The company holds California general contracting licenses, which it says lets its crew handle foundations, structural loads and masonry work that call for more than basic carpentry.

Estimates are free and no-pressure, and the estimator meets you on site for about an hour before any written proposal. The deposit is 10 percent of the project, capped at $1,000, and financing is offered. Work is backed by warranty of four years on cosmetic items and ten years on structure. The shop is in San Marcos, and phone or text reaches the office on weekday mornings and early afternoons.
