The Locals Team

The Locals Team is a real estate team of Realtors in the Silicon Valley area, led by co-founders Daunielle Doughty and Carrie Caggiano. The team works with both buyers and sellers, and its listings include homes in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose and Campbell. Its marketing stresses local neighborhood knowledge and a deep network across the Bay Area.

The team offers help with buying a first home and with selling a property, and it posts a buyers guide, a sellers guide and a home staging guide that can be downloaded from its site. Prospective clients can call the office or request a meeting through the website. The office address is on Minnesota Avenue in San Jose.
