Primeexterminators.Com

Prime Exterminators is a small, privately owned termite company best known for complete termite inspections, especially for home sales and purchases. The company also does local termite treatments, termite and rot repairs, and whole-house fumigations, which are subcontracted to a fumigation firm the company has worked with for years.

Inspectors go over the report with you and do not push contracts or work on commission, so you can review the findings and decide later whether to hire them for the work. Services are priced the same for homeowners and real estate agents. The company serves residential and commercial properties, from houses to multi-unit buildings. The business lists its address as a PO Box in San Jose, and the phone line is toll free.
