Meras Financial

Meras Financial is a fee-based financial planning and investment advisory practice run by Ioannis (Yo) Meras, who started in financial services in 1984 and opened his own advisory business in 2005. The practice builds long-term one-on-one relationships, working from each client's stated goals to a written financial and investment plan covering areas such as trusts, insurance coverage, tax strategy, retirement income and education funding.

Clients meet with Meras one or more times before any plan is approved, and the plan is then implemented, monitored and reviewed regularly as life circumstances change. Advisory services are offered through United Planners Financial Services, an independent registered investment advisor. The office is at 3150 Almaden Expressway in San Jose, and services are limited to residents of California, Nevada, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
