Loft Bar and Bistro

Loft Bar and Bistro is a downtown San Jose restaurant, bar and event venue that has been open since 2005. The menu runs from Panko Crusted Chicken Breast and Scampi Prawns to Braised Lamb Shanks, along with crab cakes, street tacos, French dip and a grilled bistro filet, and the bar pours a range of signature cocktails.

Dinner is served Friday and Saturday evenings, with a happy hour menu and lunch also on offer. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights the dining room turns into a nightlife space with resident DJs and no cover, and the venue hosts private events seven days a week for up to 250 guests, including weddings and corporate dinners. Reservations are available through OpenTable or by phone. The restaurant is on South 2nd Street in Downtown San Jose, next door to the San Jose Improv.
