Hết Sẩy is a Vietnamese food business run by chef-owners DuyAn and Hieu Le, serving dishes from the Mekong Delta with a San Jose style. The menu blends local produce and traditional techniques with flavors from childhood memories, and the food draws on Southern Vietnamese foodways.

Most of the cooking happens at farmers market pop-ups, where the menu changes by day and is posted on the website. Guests can preorder and schedule a pickup for a chosen day. The current pop-up schedule is at The Alameda in San Jose, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 2 PM, across from Peet's Coffee next to Beautiful Way Park. Schedules can shift with the weather, so it is worth calling or texting ahead to confirm.
