Habana Cuba Restaurant

Habana Cuba Restaurant serves Cuban comfort food, with signature dishes like lechon, ropa vieja, vaca frita, pechuga de pollo and the Cubano sandwich. The menu also includes tamales, ceviche, tostones and yuca frita, and the restaurant has been operating for more than 30 years, first in Japantown and later on Race Street before moving to its current spot.

The San Jose location sits inside the SoFA Market food hall, which makes it a little tricky to find, so a map app helps. Takeout, delivery and online ordering are available, along with outdoor seating and private party platters or buffet service for events. Lunch and dinner are served, and the restaurant offers gift cards and a rewards program.
