C&O Painting, Inc.

C&O Painting, Inc. is a union commercial painting contractor that has been in business since 1986. Its work centers on new construction, with remodels and repaints also part of the job. Most projects come through general contractors and property managers, and the company lists interior and exterior painting among its services.

The firm works across the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley, and its client list includes several large technology and institutional names. The office is on North 4th Street in San Jose. Contact details for the CEO, project managers, estimators and superintendents are listed on the company's site, so most inquiries go to the people running individual jobs.
