Misdirections Magic Shop

Misdirections is a full-line magic shop stocking everything from close-up and stage tricks to books, DVDs, playing cards and juggling gear, for both professionals and beginners. The shop is family-owned and has been run for more than 29 years, and the staff will demonstrate effects and teach you how to perform them.

The shop on 9th Avenue in the Inner Sunset is a brick-and-mortar store where you can watch magic performed and ask for advice. It hosts live lectures by well-known magicians, and it also ships orders worldwide. Gift certificates are available, and hours are shorter midweek and on weekends, so check before visiting.
