California Chiropractic Center

California Chiropractic Center is a wellness center in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood, offering chiropractic care, spinal decompression, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and massage therapy. Dr. Alex Franceschi, who has practiced in SOMA since 2000 and opened the wellness center in 2005, is the chiropractor, and the practice is known for adjustments that address back and neck pain along with advice on posture and habits.

New patients pay a first visit fee and lower fees for follow-up visits, and prepaid plans are available for regular clients. Insurance is accepted for chiropractic care, and same-day appointments are offered.
