Alpha Pregnancy Center

Alpha Pregnancy Center is a nonprofit, licensed medical clinic in San Francisco that offers free pregnancy testing and ultrasound imaging for people facing an unexpected pregnancy. Founded in 1983 as a faith-based organization, it also provides material assistance, educational resources and case management.

Appointments can be booked by phone or through the website, and every service is free and confidential. Each woman is paired with a client advocate who supports her through pregnancy, postpartum, and her child's first three years. The center does not perform or refer for abortions. It is on Mission Street in the Excelsior District and is open weekdays during the day.
