Vertical Hold

Vertical Hold is a climbing gym with a San Diego location on Hancock Street, along with sister gyms in Poway and San Marcos. Its classes cover climbing clinics, intro lessons, belay lessons, youth team, fitness and yoga, and there are winter camps and seasonal events such as a haunted hold pulldown.

Day passes and memberships are offered, including individual and family monthly subscriptions, a unlimited day-use pass, a one-week pass and a 10-pass punch card. First-time visitors can sign a waiver online and check the first visit pricing, and classes can be booked through the gym's app. Gift cards are also sold.
