Suavek Oleksy

Suavek Oleksy is a licensed real estate agent who helps families buy and sell homes. He works through Real Broker, LLC, a technology-focused brokerage, and past clients describe him as diligent with comparable sales research and strong at negotiating. One buyer said he got the seller to include a washer, dryer and furniture in the contract on their first home.

Buyers and sellers can search nearby properties and schedule appointments through his website, and a mortgage calculator there helps estimate monthly payments before a first conversation. His brokerage office is in San Diego, California, and he is also licensed in Texas. Clients often mention how responsive he is, and one family said he stayed in touch for years before they were ready to sell.
