Student Health Services

Student Health Services is the on-campus clinic at San Diego State University, staffed by licensed and certified health professionals who see students for outpatient evaluation and treatment of common medical problems, preventive care, health counseling, immunizations and psychiatric treatment. Specialty care such as orthopedics and travel medicine is available for additional fees, and COVID-19 testing is offered by appointment.

Most services must be scheduled by phone first, and walk-in services are currently suspended. Students can reach a triage nurse by phone or send a secure message through the HealtheConnect portal for medication refills, prescription transfers and medical records. Clinics are located in the Calpulli Center on campus, and free flu shots are offered to students by appointment.
