Sarita Landscapes

Sarita Landscapes is a boutique landscape design-build firm in San Diego that handles the whole job, from the first consultation and planning drawings through design, construction and ongoing upkeep. Founded in 2012, the company is known for personalized outdoor spaces, with founder Sara Bendrick, a licensed contractor and TV host, working alongside designer and project manager Ryan Glidden.

Projects start with a one- to one-and-a-half-hour consultation, and clients who want to build receive a drafted set of plans. Once the design is final, the company estimates the work, contracts it under its license and oversees installation. Quarterly clean-up and maintenance plans cover irrigation adjustments, pruning and fertilizing. The shop is at Hazard Center Drive in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, and the company serves coastal San Diego neighborhoods.
