Juice Wave makes cold pressed juices and its well-known açaí bowls, with a seasonal topping list and a special bowl inspired by San Diego Wave FC. The menu draws on fresh produce from local farms and the shop says it uses sustainable practices. The company began at the North Park Farmer's Market in 2014 before opening its first store in Mission Beach in 2015.

The main shop is on Mission Boulevard in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. Store hours are limited, with the shop open Wednesday through Sunday until about 3 PM or until supplies run out, and closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Calls and online orders are taken, and the business also handles catering and special event requests by email.
