Premium Decor SD

Premium Decor SD is a furniture showroom in Pacific Beach that sells curated in-stock luxury pieces and builds custom sofas, sectionals and mattresses. The studio was founded by Luis Mayser, who works directly with customers on fabrics, dimensions and layout, and the site says the business has furnished about 5,000 homes across San Diego.

Custom pieces are made in Los Angeles, with the site listing a delivery time of two to four weeks. In-stock furniture is delivered white-glove across San Diego, and the showroom at 2710 Garnet Ave takes visitors by appointment for a look at the floor models and fabric samples. Free estimates are offered, and the business lists delivery to La Jolla, Del Mar, Coronado and Encinitas.
