Perlman Clinic Mira Mesa / Scripps Ranch

Perlman Clinic provides primary care and urgent care for adults and families, with women's health and sexual health services alongside. Visits cover routine checkups, lab testing and blood draws, vaccines and immunizations, and treatment for fevers, colds, flu, COVID-19, urinary tract infections, strep throat, and rashes. The providers come from internal medicine, family medicine, integrative medicine, preventive medicine, and pediatric backgrounds, and the practice has operated in San Diego since 2005.

The Mira Mesa / Scripps Ranch location is on the first floor of the Monarch Corporate Center in San Diego, near the 15 freeway, with free parking on site. In-office visits are offered on weekdays, while video visits run on weekdays and weekends with extended evening hours. Most major insurances are accepted, and cash pay rates are available for patients without insurance.
