Peace Pies

Peace Pies is a 100% raw vegan cafe, free of gluten and soy, serving dishes that are dehydrated rather than cooked. The menu runs from starters like Chips 'n' Guac and avocado toast to wraps, entrees such as Loving Lasagna and Voltaire Street Tacos, smoothies, and desserts like Conscious Cheezecake and Cosmic Coconut Cream Pie. Custom cheezecakes, pies and dessert platters are made ready in 48 hours, and the cafe takes orders for its raw recipe books and gift cards.

The cafe has two locations, one in Leucadia in Encinitas and one on Voltaire Street in Ocean Beach, San Diego, both open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, there is indoor and outdoor patio seating, and both spots offer takeout, with delivery through DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats depending on the neighborhood. Takeaway catering is available with a week's notice. Free parking is available along the surrounding streets.
