Modern Yardz

Modern Yardz is a San Diego landscape design-build company that handles outdoor living projects from first sketch to final walkthrough. Its work centers on custom pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, pergolas and patio covers, fire features, and premium pavers, with artificial turf, landscape lighting, retaining walls and decorative concrete also on the list.

The firm plans each yard in 2D and 3D before construction starts, and the same designer who walks the property stays with the job through permitting, construction and the final walkthrough. Free consultations are offered, and financing is available through lending partners. Projects are taken across San Diego County, from La Jolla and Del Mar to Rancho Santa Fe and Chula Vista. The office is on Engineer Road in San Diego.
