Maya Moon Collective

Maya Moon Collective is a cacao cafe and community collective in Normal Heights, known for chocolate confections and ceremonial drinking cacao made with organic cacao from South America. The menu also includes gluten-free and vegan pastries, desserts, and savory bites built on seasonal produce from local farmers, all sweetened without refined sugar. Drinks range from hot cacao blends with herbs and mushrooms to matcha, chai, and espresso, plus a Moon Flower line of zero-proof cocktails.

The cafe occupies a 1920s building with 14-foot wood ceilings and a garden patio, and it features work from San Diego makers and local artists. Along with the menu, it hosts bi-monthly art installations, evening makers markets, and workshops such as moon meditations. It is at 3349 Adams Ave, open daily with later hours on Friday through Sunday.
