John Robinson's Inspection Group

John Robinson's Inspection Group is a family-owned home inspection company serving San Diego and surrounding areas. Its inspectors work with buyers, sellers and their agents, and the company also takes on commercial property inspections, mold assessments, sewer scope inspections and thermal imaging. Inspectors use infrared thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, and carbon monoxide and combustible gas detectors to find leaks, missing insulation and other hidden problems.

Inspections follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. The inspector walks through the home with you, explains the general condition and any major issues, and the full photo report arrives within 24 hours. Reports come in HTML or PDF and can be viewed on a phone, and they include a repair request generator that agents can use. Sellers can order a pre-listing inspection, and free estimates are available.
