Jack and Patty Real Estate

Jack and Patty Real Estate is a family-owned real estate team run by agents Jack Krenek and Patty Haynsworth. Jack specializes in the beach and bay front communities of Point Loma and Ocean Beach, while Patty has spent four decades in the Point Loma community and has earned San Diego Magazine's Five-Star Real Estate Agent designation. Their recent sales listings include homes in Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Mission Hills and nearby San Diego neighborhoods.

The team works with both buyers and sellers, and offers a free home value analysis that compares a property to recent sales and current listings. Past clients describe them as patient and responsive, with a calm approach to negotiations and inspections. The office is at Coldwell Banker West on Historic Decatur in the Midway area of San Diego, and clients can reach Jack or Patty directly by cell phone.
