GoCryo

GoCryo offers whole body cryotherapy, a cold-therapy session in a chamber that uses nitrogen gas to lower body temperature quickly, with the aim of easing soft tissue and joint soreness, reducing inflammation and pain, and supporting recovery. The menu also includes localized cryotherapy, cryo facials, compression therapy and massage therapy.

Sessions are offered by appointment through the website, and the company says it has made whole body cryotherapy available to the general public, not only elite athletes. Mark and Matt, who have worked in health and wellness for over 10 years, run the studio in Clairemont at Convoy Court in San Diego. Hours are listed as Monday through Friday with later evenings, and shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday.
