Fadox Construction and Restoration

Fadox Construction and Restoration handles water damage repair, fire damage restoration and mold removal for homes and businesses, and it also takes on kitchen and bathroom remodels and accessory dwelling unit builds. Water damage from a leaking roof, a burst pipe or an overflowing tub is a common call, and the crew also cleans up sewage backups and handles leak remediation. The company is IICRC certified and holds a California general contractor license.

Fadox works directly with insurance companies, submitting estimates and coordinating claims, and it says it is an approved contractor for major carriers. Emergency crews respond around the clock, including holidays. The company is based downtown San Diego and serves the whole county, from Chula Vista and El Cajon to Carlsbad and La Jolla. Work carries a one-year workmanship warranty, and the team uses eco-friendly products and repairs rather than replaces when possible.
