Estrada

Estrada Land Planning is a landscape architecture firm that has worked from downtown San Diego since 1985. Founded by Vicki Estrada, the firm has designed hundreds of projects for private and public clients, including single-family homes, multi-family housing, streetscapes, transit stations, trails, plazas, public parks, and large master-planned communities. Its work often covers native plant restoration, erosion control, and natural stormwater systems.

The firm handles the whole process, from community facilitation and site studies through construction documents, permit processing, bidding help, and construction observation. It also prepares visual impact analyses and computer simulations. Clients include private owners and public agencies, and the firm has been certified as a DBE/UDBE, SMBE, SWBE, SBE, and SLBE business. The office is at 750 B Street in downtown San Diego.
