Element Wellness Center

Element Wellness Center is a chiropractic practice led by Dr. Jimmy Lopez, D.C., who brings more than 20 years of experience to the work. Its core service is corrective chiropractic care, with adjustments guided by digital motion X-rays, alongside spinal decompression for herniated discs and sciatica. The practice also offers SoftWave shockwave therapy, red light therapy, PEMF therapy, and joint decompression for knee pain. Many patients come in for back and neck pain, sports injuries, or injuries from car accidents.

The office is in Point Loma and sees patients from across San Diego County, with some traveling long distances for treatment. Dr. Lopez works with people of all ages, including pediatric chiropractic care for children and care for seniors. Visits are scheduled in advance by phone or online, and The Joint Lab offers a membership for ongoing chiropractic care. The office is closed on weekends.
