Christiane Holmquist Landscape Design

Christiane Holmquist Landscape Design offers residential landscape design and consultation, with a focus on Montana native and other climate-adapted, low-maintenance plants. Her designs combine hardscape layout, such as decomposed granite paths, pavers, stonework and concrete, with perennials, ornamental grasses, succulents and shrubs chosen to keep color and texture through the winter snow.

She came to the Missoula area after 25 years in landscape design in the San Diego region and works with homeowners in Missoula, the Bitterroot Valley and the Flathead Valley. Clients can book phone consultations, onsite consultations or a full design. She also consults with do-it-yourself gardeners who want an assessment of their property. Weekday hours run 9 AM to 5 PM, with Saturdays by appointment.
