Carmichael Clinic

Carmichael Clinic is a private nutrition practice focused on disordered eating. Registered dietitians offer one-on-one nutrition therapy, individualized meal plans and treatment for eating patterns, using intuitive eating, body acceptance and exposure-based techniques. Care is built around a wholehearted approach in which all foods can fit into a balanced, varied and moderate diet. The clinic was founded by registered dietitian Theresa Carmichael, who has worked with adolescents and adults with eating disorders since 2014.

Visits are offered in person at the Morehouse Drive office in the Morehouse area of San Diego or by telehealth. A first visit is a 60-minute dietary assessment, and follow-up sessions run 30 or 45 minutes. Clients are asked to come prepared with honest answers about their health and eating habits. The clinic is accepting new patients and posts weekday and weekend hours from 8 AM to 7 PM.
