Campland on the Bay

Campland on the Bay is an RV and tent campground on the shores of Mission Bay in San Diego, known for beachfront camping and a long run as a family destination. The resort has around 595 RV and tent sites, with pools and spas, a marina with boat slips and a launch ramp, a cantina and bar, an ice cream parlor, a market, a gym, and a skate park. Pedal and boat rentals are available on site, and the resort is pet-friendly.

Campers can reserve online, and sites can fill quickly in peak season, so early booking is recommended. The public is welcome to use the beach and bay access, and there are complimentary public parking spaces. The resort sits on leased tidelands at 2211 Pacific Beach Drive, and the City of San Diego recently extended its lease.
