Backyard Landscape Supply

Backyard Landscape Supply is an irrigation and landscape lighting supplier based in San Diego, best known for the matte-black Rachio Pro Series smart sprinkler controllers. The lineup includes indoor units for garages and basements, weatherproof outdoor kits, and 8- and 16-zone sizes, along with 1-inch wired and wireless flow meters for catching leaks and broken lines. The family-owned business has been operating since 2010 and ships its orders from a San Diego warehouse.

Orders placed by 2 PM Pacific usually ship the same day, and shipping within the USA is free on every order, with a flat rate for Canada and Mexico. Most controller installs take about 30 minutes because the new unit uses the zone wires already in the wall, so a homeowner with basic tools can often handle the swap. Contractors can also sign up for the Rachio Pro Rewards program, which Rachio runs rather than the store.
