Cuishe

Cuishe Cocina Mexicana serves Mexican street food, clay-pot cazuelas and shareable chef's boards. The menu runs from tacos, tortas and sopes to dishes cooked on a charcoal oven-grill. The bar is built around agave, with a large selection of mezcal and tequila and house Mexologia cocktails, including cantaritos served in clay cups.

Reservations can be booked online through Resy, and the restaurant also delivers through DoorDash. Weekday happy hour offers half-off straight agave spirits and special prices on small plates. Cuishe also hosts a seasonal Day of the Dead tasting dinner with a limited number of seats. The restaurant is in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, Texas.
