BB&M AC and Heating

BB&M AC and Heating handles air conditioning repair, air conditioning and heating installation and replacement, heating system service, and seasonal HVAC maintenance for homes and businesses. The company is owner-operated by Fernando Perez, who stands behind each job personally, and it offers free estimates and emergency service.

The company quotes repairs and replacements after showing customers the actual system readings, so they can compare repairing against replacing before any work starts. Free service calls are offered to returning customers and referrals. Office hours are Monday through Friday and Saturday morning, with Sunday and emergency calls by appointment. The shop is based at 2950 Weir Ave in San Antonio and serves about 40 miles around the city, including New Braunfels, Schertz, Boerne, and Helotes. Spanish is spoken.
