Chiro One

Chiro One is a chiropractic practice focused on upper cervical and sports chiropractic care. Dr. Braken Wooden uses Advanced Muscle Integration Technique along with upper cervical adjusting to address headaches, migraines, neck and low back pain, and injuries from sports, car accidents, or overuse. Treatment can also include shockwave therapy, spinal and extremity adjusting, and PRP and ozone injections.

Chiro One works on a self-pay basis, so there are no insurance forms to file, and patients can pay by cash, credit or debit card, HSA, or FSA. Appointments can be booked online. The practice has an office in Cottonwood Heights and another in South Ogden.
