A-1 Exterminators

A-1 Exterminators is a family-owned pest control company that handles both residential and commercial work. Its home services cover termites, ants, spiders, cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, boxelder bugs, and stinging insects like wasps, hornets, and yellow jackets, along with mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks. Commercial clients include restaurants, food plants, warehouses, and office buildings.

Jobs can be a single visit or a recurring quarterly or triennial service plan, and the company says it has no long-term contracts. Technicians are licensed and insured, use EPA-approved products, and guarantee their work, returning between scheduled visits at no extra cost if pests come back. The company is based in Murray and serves the Salt Lake Valley, including West Jordan, Sandy, and West Valley City.
