Flipping Fabulous

Flipping Fabulous is a downtown Salina shop that refreshes previously loved furniture, with a warehouse of pieces ready for new paint or stain and a studio that will work on furniture customers bring in. The shop also sells decor, locally made art, hand-crafted pottery, jewelry and signs, along with paint and finishing products like Fusion Mineral Paint, General Finishes, Dixie Belle Paint and Melange paints.

Customers can bring in their own piece or pick from inventory, then talk finishes with the staff and get a price estimate, or send photos by email for an estimate. Bringing furniture in clean and with the hardware removed keeps costs down, and heavily soiled pieces carry a $75 hazard cleaning fee. The shop is at 127 North Santa Fe Avenue, and it also ships nationwide and offers free shipping on orders over $75.
