Straight From New York Pizza is a New York-style pizza shop serving whole pies, by-the-slice pizza and a short menu of wings, calzones, breadsticks and salads. Signature pies include the Pepperoni, a Margherita with fresh mozzarella and basil, a Buffalo Chicken on garlic and oil, and a Greek pie with spinach, feta and Kalamata olives. Whole pies come in 14 and 18 inches, with a gluten-free crust and a vegan cheese option available as substitutions.

The South Commercial location is on Commercial Street Southeast in Salem, and it delivers to South Salem. The shop is locally owned and operated and has been serving pizza since 1986. Slices and daily specials like a slice and salad combo or a mid-day slice are available during the day, and the group runs six locations across Portland and Salem.
